The Arts Faculty hope you are all keeping safe and well.
Queen Elizabeth’s High School students have been producing fantastic end of year musicals for you, to celebrate with our students, for a number of years, and this year was to be no exception. Our students, as always, showed incredible commitment and talent as they started to produce yet another great show for you all. The standards the students reach, year on year are a credit to them all.
It is with heavy heart that we have to admit that time will not allow us to reach those standards this year. Our students deserve to showcase their talents at their best, and it is with great sadness that we have decided to postpone our show until summer 2021. We know you will be disappointed and you should know that the staff share your disappointment too, but it is for the best.
The show must go on!...
...so our amazing cast and crew will retain their given roles and we will rock QEHS in the summer of 2021. We have an expectation that our cast and crew will all keep their parts and backstage roles; and continue to show their dedication to be part of this amazing ensemble, to put on the best show yet for our audiences. Staff will check in regularly with cast and crew on the Google Classroom group to see how they are getting on with learning lines, etc. We will be in touch soon regarding the new dates for:
This exciting inaugural partnership event between Queen Elizabeth’s High School and TPA Theatre School will launch with a jointly staged performance at QEHS.
